Yes. In Section 3.4, you should only report on beds funded by the BHBH Program. This includes occupied and unoccupied beds paid for using BHBH funds during the reporting period. Do not include beds funded by other programs or sources, even if BHBH participants have been placed in them. The vacancy rate should reflect the availability and usage of BHBH-funded bed inventory only.
