Participants should only be documented if they stayed overnight in any BHBH setting, including shelter settings. If a client slept at the shelter for at least one night, even if their total stay was less than 24 hours, you should count and document them in your reporting. However, if a client arrived and left on the same day without spending the night, they should not be counted as an enrolled participant.
